This is not just a medical issue. It’s a leadership, retention, and performance issue.

Unmanaged perimenopause and menopause can lead to burnout, absenteeism, and talent loss. Most companies don’t even realise it's happening until high-performing women start leaving.

We’re building Stage Health to solve this.

 Our founder’s story

Portrait of Dr. Jess Blomfield, PhD, founder of Stage Health.

Dr Jess Blomfield

PhD, Organisational Behaviour

With over a decade of experience leading talent, culture, and leadership strategy across high-growth startups and venture-backed companies, I’ve seen first-hand how midlife women, often at the peak of their experience and impact, quietly struggle with perimenopause while workplaces remain unequipped to support them.

Driven by both professional insight and personal experience, I founded Stage Health to close the gap between what women need and what workplaces provide. We bring together deep expertise in organisational design and leadership development with evidence-based clinical partnerships, helping companies retain top talent and build truly inclusive cultures.

“It’s time to take action. We’re building Stage to provide compassionate, expert care so women can fulfil their potential in midlife”
